In the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Captain America: Civil War, Black Panther, whose real name is T’Challa, was not a member of either Iron Man’s Team (Team Iron Man) or Captain America’s Team (Team Cap) in the same way other characters were.
Black Panther joined the conflict due to his personal vendetta against Bucky Barnes, whom he believed responsible for his father’s death.
Although he sided with Tony Stark (Iron Man) for the airport battle, his involvement was more aligned with his own motives rather than strictly being a member of Team Iron Man. His participation was somewhat independent, focusing primarily on capturing Bucky.
So, while he fought alongside Team Iron Man during the airport battle, Black Panther isn’t typically considered a formal member of Iron Team in the context of the Civil War movie’s team affiliations.
